Tom’s Larkspur Home & ADU Retrofit
ABOUT THE HOUSE: Tom worked with Healthier Dwelling Green Building and Energy Consultant to plan an electrification retrofit of an ADU rental in his back yard. The main house was built in the 1930s. The ADU (accessory dwelling unit) was originally a very run-down backyard building that was rebuilt on its existing foundation, with a sleeping loft added.
