POLLUTION MITIGATION:

• Removed fireplaces on two floors, which opened up the ground floor to more light, views, and space, and opened up new space on second floor and loft.

SPECIAL PROJECT (WORKING WITH HOA):

Bruce and Nancy worked with the condominium HOA to implement an affordable way to charge electric vehicles, which are parked in carports some distance from homes. Rather than dig trenches to connect EV chargers to each home, Orange Outlet Electric Vehicle Chargers allowed EV charging wherever there was a pre-existing outlet.
